Active exercise has a beneficial effect on body and mind. Almost all of us know this, but not everybody is as motivated to actually step up and work-out. Together with 2blossom your resistance to exercise will be mapped and together we will try to find out what form of working-out suits you and in which moment your body likes to be active. Because exercise too, in a responsible manner, is a natural treatment method.
The latest research shows that it is important to stay active in a moderate manner during the day. For our metabolism it is more beneficial to moderately move through out the day than to be sedentary all day and only to go at it at the gym in the evening. The best is to move moderate throughout your day and to also perform a form of exersice that asks your body to work a bit harder. Together with you 2blossom looks at how you can integrate exersice in your life and life style in a feasible and pleasurable way.
